ProCert's web-based quality management system is structured according to the process-oriented model of the ISO 9001 standard. It covers all requirements of EN 45011 and EN 45012 (soon to be replaced with ISO 17021) and includes all instructions, records and other resources, accessible to ProCert auditors by means of a password. ProCert operates an interactive Intranet solution for exchange of information and news; this system facilitates effective knowledge management combined with the QM-system.
